A special visitor

Last weekend Zane had a few visitors, but he had one special, unique visitor. Our friend Alison was in town. Alison is our good friend from Australia. More specifically she's from Tasmania. Alison was a bridesmaid at our wedding, and now is visiting us to see our first child.

She seems to manage to visit us every few years, whether we are in Phoenix or Omaha...she finds us and spends a few days goofing around with us. Kinda cool!

She has been traipsing around Europe for 3 weeks, and up & down the east coast for the last week.

The good news is that the Wombats back home have gotten a reprieve from her car bumper. Bet ya thought I forgot about that, eh Alison?!?!?!

I think she and Zane got along pretty good...

Everyone, sing along now...

"Welcome to the land that's way under, down under, the sky's always yellow come rain or shine . . .
Down in Taz-Mania, come to Taz-Mania.

Where topsy meets turvy and they start to spin, like a Tazmanian devil and his closest kin.
Down in Taz-Mania, come to Taz-Mania.

Mom's a live wire, dad's a bump on a log, Molly's all fired up while Jake plays with the dog.
Down in Taz-Mania, come to Taz-Mania.

Digeri Dingo and Wendel T. Wolf, Francis X. Bushlad is never uncouth.
Bushwhacker Bob and his mother called Mum, Constance and Thickley just want to have fun.

Bull Gator and Axl are always left sore. If you have a deal just call Buddy Boar,
The Platypus brothers are a-backin' about, the kiwi, the bushrats, have we left anyone out?

Oh yeah, don't forget Taz . . . He put the Taz in Taz-Mania,
Down in Tazmania, come to Tazmania. We mean you! Wa-ba-ba-bla-bloopthb!"

Hi Mike, Courtney and Zane,
I had thought that you had forgotten about the Wombat incident! Thankfully it has never happened again. Curiously enough we have never had the Taz Devil cartoon shown in Tasmania. I don't know why. So l have never heard that song before or seen the cartoon. Am going to show it to my class tomorrow.
Hope you are well.
